Kevin: It was a rough weekend in regards to support raising. We had four appointments scheduled and three of them had to cancel. On top of that we've realized that after a whole month of working hard we haven't budged on our support level. With of this, it started to make me a little discouraged.

I did received some encouragement today from a friend who said that support raising was a bit like farming. You could pour a large amount of work into cultivation and for a while see nothing happen and then, all of a sudden, a crop could burst forth. It was nice to hear that. In the end, I know that this is another way God is stretching our faith. His call on us right now is simply to be obedient and then rely on Him for the results.

Please continue to pray for us, especially that we would be reminded about right attitudes and hearts regarding support raising. Also pray that God would bless the work of our hands and bring about a harvest for His Kingdom.
